Hey everyone!!! LONG time no write. Yeah , been busy. New coach, new food, new training, new job etc.. you know the drill.
Exciting news is.... www.wpw.net featured me in my own video, magazine shoot and Website gallery. Check them out and send me some feed back. I was coming into off season in the shoot but the content is good.
