Arnold Expo 2005
Hi Everyone!!! man o man... finally back from 6 days out at the Arnold in Columbus, OH. Thanks to all the great Photographers and other Fitness folk I met and shot for!!! Mike Eckstut- www.herbiceps.com, Juan Carlos Lopez- www.hardbodeez.com, Eric Lemke- www.boomerflex.com, www.transvigor.com, www.onemodeplace.com , RG. Lohre - www.julielohre.com, Steve from S&D clothing and many, many more. You all contributed to one heck of a weekend. I really enjoyed my time, especially at the Her Biceps dinner on sat nite!! There was a great Arm Wrestling competiton . We had the Womens World Champ down from Canada to show us how to wrestle correctly then we all had a go at it! I was a bit reserved and nervous at first especially when I saw my competition. I started out wrestling my friend Julie Lohre and she KICKED MY ASS!!! then I came back for a second time and beat her. To make a Long story short I slammed my way up to the 2nd place lightweight and took home a little prize money.... But the little ego boost was worth way more!! Thanks MIKE!!!
You should keep a look out for the photos I shot on the websites above... as well as updates to my own when those crazy photographers send me my CD's.
In the mean time I'm a week away from the NPC NEW YORK METROPOLITAN show at the Bourough of Manhattan Community College in Tribecca , Manhattan on March 19th. I am coming in great and hope to do well. The beginning has been a bit rough this season. The dieting has hit me especially hard but the 'show must go on' I mean us competitors are crazy right?... Im weak, cranky, emotional, dizzy, incoherant and down right exhausted and I LOVE IT!!!. Thanks ahead to all my friends for buying out the orchestra pit at the BMCC...see you all front row...

PS-As soon as I sort through all of the photos from the Arnold I will send them your way. To be honest I haven't even unpacked my camera bag from the trip.

Well, geesh LINGSTER< i was only training 3x a day , preparing to compete, hair, nails, chiro appt., meals, WORK, OH AND UM sleep!!! sorry for the infrequency LOL... Im back and focused now.
"anonymous" I hope to do better at Jr. USA's next month in South Carolina. I messed up a bit at the METS.. .my fault I'll be bigger and badder next month i PROMISE...
Keep checking in, Mr. RIck Lohre will be puttin up new material as soon as he is done preparing his georgeous wife Julie for competition.
