CREATURES OF HABIT AND ROUTINE...

....Chicken, Broccoli and Yam for breakfast. New restraunt? New Menu in the work cafeteria, Something your mom is trying to give you for sunday brunch? NO NO NO NO My breakfast. Mine all Mine ... oooooeeeee! just close my eyes and its a short stack of blueberry pancakes, a couple of links of turkey bacon with some ketchup, well done home fries ( the cubed kind NOT scalloped) a coffee and a gianormous Omelet with a million veggies and some parmasean cheese. Probably something chocolate for dessert. OK, thats a little overboard, it basically just tastes like what it is. I often wonder if I'll ever be able to force myself to eat like a normal human being again one day. As of yet, im up to about one day of piggin out and thats directly after a competition. then i start to feel ill and my concientious kicks in. This lifestyle is a bit like the Pavlov's Dog experiment. You eat something bad and your coach either pinches the water your retaining in your back, triceps or legs, or he orders more sessions of cardio and takes out that tablespoon of PB you are living your day for.
HEHEHEH .... this is all legal and VOLUNTARY! We just gotta be crazy! But summer is around the corner and I know I will Look just fine in a pair of daisy dukes lol!

I dont think we have to worry about AJ quitting...she's put in to much time and made too many sacrifices, to give up. I just hope it is worth it for her.
