Back on the fast track

.... phewy... I'm totally spent! I just got back and its 10:50pm. Shoulders tonight!
Side lateral Delt raises w/ cable
Smith Military Press w/ a lean forward SS Cable Upright Rows
DB side riases 15lb drop to 10lb then bring to front for 10reps
all three sets each....
I am so tired, I don't want to stretch! However, if I don't Im gonna be a sore puppy in the Morning and won't want to get up for my morning cardio. I got my eye on the prize now. Yams are cooking at 425 in the oven , the chicken is on the Foreman Grill and the broccoli is steaming. I have had so much water today, OK OK OK ! and a little Crystal Lite. ( I try to stay away from sweet drinks, so that I don't Crave the sweets)
I have been putting together some kick ass routines that incorporate alot of stability equipment and plyometric exercises. I have Legs/glutes/calves tommorow.....eeeeekkkkk!!! Don't come near me tommorow, LOL.
I have three weeks til' some more photo shoots/video shoots.... No time for cheatin' wish me luck
