New Game plan
Well, its back to the drawing board!! I've come up with some more ways to torture myself. AND in return take it out on my clients... LOL!!! Poor little things. I've decided to give let go of my pride that goes back to squat 200lbs and press 350lbs and shows up most men in my gym. I have given in to the wonderful world of Plyometrics and intense interval training. This is something I KNEW all along would benefit me, but couldn't bring myself to consistency with it. WHY? cuz it f'in hurts!!! LOL that and I think it was stubborness ( IM a scorpio!) along with a little 'fear of success' something I do to sabotage myself sometimes. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS BEHAVIOR!! But as my fan base grows stronger and more ppl look up to me I realize I have to make an effort to be a strong leader! I also realized that traditional forms of training and cardio just 'don't do it for me' anymore. Sometimes im not fatigued, sore or tired, things are getting easier, which , as any great trainer will tell you means you are on a plateau.
So, to make a long story short, stick with me and stay tuned.. you may have to come pick me up off the gym floor when im done with my secong Interval cardio session of jumping lunges, sprints, biking, stairstepping and pop squats off of a step!!!
man o man this better work!!! cuz if it doesn't I dont see how it could get any more torturous! hehehe AND I LOVE IT!!!!
